Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only.
Order Processing & Shipping Times

Orders placed Tuesday–Friday before 5:00 PM Central Time ship the same day.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM Central Time, or on Saturday–Monday, will ship on the next business day.

Business days are Tuesday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
While we strive to ship all qualifying orders the same day, order volume or unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause slight delays.
Shipping Rates

Free shipping on orders over $89

$9 flat-rate shipping on orders under $89
Shipping rates apply to standard delivery within the United States.
Carriers

We ship primarily via UPS.

Orders shipping to PO Boxes will be sent via USPS.

If you prefer a specific carrier, please contact us prior to placing your order. We will accommodate requests when possible.
All orders include tracking information, which will be automatically provided once your order ships.
Signature Confirmation
Signature confirmation is available upon request. If you would like a signature required for delivery, please contact us before your order ships.
Shipping of Automatic Knives
We do not restrict the shipment of automatic knives. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to understand and comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding knife ownership and receipt.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally permitted to purchase and receive the item in your jurisdiction.
Lost or Missing Packages
If a package is lost in transit, we will initiate a carrier investigation.
Refunds or replacements will be issued only after the carrier completes its investigation and determines that the package was not delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, but the customer reports it as missing, we will assist in filing a claim; however, resolution is subject to the carrier’s investigation and final determination.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

The customer may be responsible for additional reshipping charges.

Any fees charged by the carrier to intercept or redirect a package may also be passed on to the customer.

Pre-Orders
We may occasionally offer pre-order items.

Payment for pre-orders is collected at the time the order is placed.

Pre-ordered items will ship once they become available.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the order may ship once all items are available unless otherwise arranged.
