Thank you for your purchase from Springfield EDC. We appreciate your business. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please see the full details below regarding our return policy and process.


Policy Details

You can initiate a return of your item 7 days from the date you received it.

The item must be in "new" condition with no signs of carry or use.

Items that can’t be returned include: Discounted / Sale Items, Pre-Owned Items

For all returns, you need to include the item in it's original packaging.


Shipping Fees

You are responsible for all return shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Springfield EDC strongly recommends that you use a trackable method to ship your return. 



Restocking Fees

Springfield EDC does not charge restocking fees.


Process Details

To return your purchase from Springfield EDC, place the item securely in in its original packaging, if possible. Please mail your return to the following address:

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, Springfield EDC will process your return. Please allow at least 10 days to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. Springfield EDC will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
